On 13th of September 2019 Differenza Donna hosted the 1st exchange workshop of Tolerant, in Rome.
The main objective of the workshop was the identification of practical guidelines for integrated service provision to women VoT, with the specific aim of increasing their employment integration.
All partners discussed the difficulties, risks, challenges and opportunities in employment and support to TCN women VoT, as well as the gaps in current provision of assistance and employment integration.
Furthermore, during the workshop, partners identified a set of practical guidelines for the service provision guide and what process they should follow (from reception, to assessment of needs and skills and provision of employment integration).
The next exchange workshop will take place, in Tirana, the first months of 2020.
